PRICES All prices include p&p. These prices are for UK delivery only. Customers from elsewhere in the world should email us in the first instance, using the Contact Us page, so that we can give you a price for posting your chosen items to your country.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS If you would like to buy some collages and cards, select from the gallery pages, add them to your basket and pay safely using Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to do this as all major cards are accepted. Simply scroll down the checkout page until you get to the credit card option. 

SECURITY We take security seriously and we respect your privacy. For this reason, your encrypted credit card details are submitted direct to Paypal. We do not have access to  them. During the payment process the padlock logo should be clearly on the screen, indicating that this is a secure method of payment. You can get more information about the safety of paying using Paypal by clicking on any of the Paypal logos on the pages of this site or by visiting the Paypal website. 

IF YOU CONTACT US WITH PERSONAL DETAILS, SUCH AS YOUR EMAIL OR POSTAL ADDRESS, WE USE THESE ONLY TO RESPOND TO YOUR ENQUIRY and to keep you informed of Tweedmatters-related news occasionally. WE NEVER PASS THESE DETAILS ON TO ANYONE ELSE. If you would prefer not to receive mail shots from Tweedmatters, please use the CONTACT US page to tell us this and we will remove your address from our mailing list.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS If you would prefer to pay by cheque, that's fine, but it will make delivery slower as we will have to wait for the cheque to be cleared by the bank before we can send your order out. If payment by cheque suits you better, you can send your order by post to the address at the foot of the Home Page. It would help if you could include a phone number, in case we need to check any of the details of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES We normally aim to get all purchases despatched within 21 days of receiving orders and are often able to post them off within just a day or two, (except during busy periods!), but contact us to let us know of special deadlines and we will do our best to meet them. We generally send items by Royal Mail,  My Hermes or Parcelforce to the  purchaser's address, but if you have any special delivery instructions, just email us, on the Contact Us page, after you have placed your order and we will do our best to comply. We pack items very carefully, but if, for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of your order when it arrives, return the goods to us within 7 days and we will send replacements or issue a refund if you prefer.
